Mariupol remains the hottest spot in Donetsk region. 95% of the city was destroyed by the Russian occupiers. There is no light, water, heating, communication, food. It is unknown how many people remain in the city.
Russian troops could use tear gas mixed with chemicals during the attack on Mariupol. This was stated by US Permanent Representative to the OSCE Michael Carpenter.

People were left there with nothing. The situation is terrible.
