For 1.5 years, Ukraine has been courageously and steadfastly defending its independence from an insidious enemy. The Territorial Defence Forces and the Armed Forces of Ukraine selflessly, often at the cost of their lives and health, defend the Motherland, and Ukrainian doctors and nurses hold the medical front with dignity and confidence.
Since the first days of the war, Feofaniya Clinical Hospital has been providing medical care to all those in need, both civilians and wounded defenders of Ukraine. Together with Clear Energy, we provide financial assistance.
Over the last period, the amount of such assistance totalled UAH 345,278.45. These funds were used to purchase and deliver the following medical supplies and consumables to the medical facility:
– A set of implants for femoral osteosynthesis – 4 pcs;
– A set of implants for osteosynthesis of the elbow bone – 1 pc;
– Set of implants for osteosynthesis of the forearm – 1 pc;
– Set of implants for osteosynthesis of the metacarpal bone – 1 pc;
– Set of implants for osteosynthesis of the tibia – 1 pc;
– A set of implants for osteosynthesis of the metacarpal bone of the hand – 6 pcs;
– Prosthesis for the head of the radius – 1 pc;
– other consumables.
Thanks to the doctors and material support, 12 wounded soldiers were able to receive highly specialised medical care provided in accordance with the best international practices.
We would like to express our special gratitude to Father Vasyl Kolopelnyk, pastor of St Peter and Paul Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Auburn, New York, and director of religious education and catechesis of the Stamford Diocese of the Ukrainian Catholic Church, and look forward to further fruitful cooperation.
